We use the official WhatsApp Business API. Replying to customer messages within 24 hours is free — Meta doesn't charge, and neither do we.
What's an active scenario?
A scenario is a trigger-based automation — for example, when someone comments on a specific post, replies to a specific story, or sends a specific keyword in DM. The response can be a message, image, voice note, or a multi-step flow with buttons. Free includes up to 15 active scenarios at once. You can build more and toggle them on or off as needed; only 15 can run at the same time. For unlimited active scenarios, upgrade to Basic.
Is connecting my Instagram account secure?
Yes. Vardast is an official Meta partner and connects to your Instagram and WhatsApp through Meta's authorized Business APIs. We never ask for — or store — your Instagram password. You authorize the connection inside Meta's own login screen, and you can revoke access from your Meta business settings at any time.
